Parwaz 360 is an emerging Balance 360 programme focused on young women’s access to sustainable employment. Its design brings skills and confidence into conversation with employers’ needs and the realities of women’s lives.
Disability inclusion is central to the approach. We are interested in accessible learning, supportive workplaces and pathways that recognise different starting points.
The programme is in development. Cohort dates, eligibility, delivery partners and application arrangements have not yet been announced.
