Balance 360 — Innovation. Inclusion. Impact.

ABOUT BALANCE 360

An organisation built
around possibility.

We connect women’s ambition with practical routes towards economic independence, professional participation and opportunity.

OUR PURPOSE

More control.
More choice.
More possibility.

Balance 360 is a women-led private social enterprise based in Pakistan. We focus on women’s economic independence by developing connected pathways into enterprise, employment and public visibility.

Our work recognises that a woman’s ability to earn is shaped by more than skills alone. Access to assets, customers, supportive networks and opportunities that fit her life can determine whether a new capability becomes a sustainable livelihood.

We are building programmes that respond to these practical realities, with attention to low-income women, single mothers, women with disabilities and communities whose talent is too often overlooked.

WHAT GUIDES US

01

Innovation

Find practical ways to connect knowledge, tools and opportunity.

02

Inclusion

Design with different circumstances, access needs and lived experiences in mind.

03

Impact

Look beyond activities to changes in income, agency and participation.
